I recently did a webinar for ERE.net, sponsored by Glassdoor, discussing the trends and issues I see for the coming year or two. Some of the topics I cover include:

  • The emergence of a world of “streaming” data that requires real-time action
  • The dominance of social media and how it changes recruitment
  • Why new patterns of life mean that everyone is an entrepreneur
  • How to make sense from the masses of data we face

This presentation is based on the research and work we do here at the Institute. If you are interested in spending a couple of days diving deeply into a few of these issues, working with experts and with fellow HR leaders to craft strategies and approaches for dealing with them as them affect your firm, join us at the upcoming Retreat.

Here are both the slides as well as the recorded audio of the webinar.
