We offer flexible options for joining and participating in this exclusive community of thought leaders.
A few of the benefits included in our Future of Talent community membership options we think you’ll be excited about:

Custom Workshops - We’ll work with you to develop a one-day Future of Talent workshop for up to 40 employees and/or affiliates

Consulting – Engage Kevin and/or members of the Future of Talent permanent faculty to work with you on talent issues that will further your strategy and decision-making.

One:One – Schedule one-hour strategic conversations with Kevin to support your success throughout the year. Recalibrate, reinforce or expand your strategic initiatives.

Membership levels are described below and provide you with several choices, including our cornerstone event the annual retreat. Each of these opportunities is available at a special Future of Talent charter member rate for a limited time.
