MONIQUE MORROW

CTO of New Frontiers Engineering at Cisco Systems

Monique Morrow is the CTO of New Frontiers Engineering at Cisco. Focused on the intersection between economics, technology, and research, she is defining mechanisms and marketplace scenarios for cloud federation constructs to include security. She was previously Cisco’s Chief Technology Officer of Services, where she is responsible for aligning the Cisco Services Technology vision and architectures with the business strategy.

Monique was also listed as Top Ten Influential IT Women in Europe in 2014. She was one of 6 Global Achievers recognized for the ITU and UN Women GEM-TECH Award in 2014. In 2014 she was further recognized by IEEE Region 8 with the Clementina Saduwa award.

In 2015, Monique was selected to be part of the elite group of women for Connected World magazine’s 2015 Women of M2M/Internet of Things feature—or “WoM2M.” Monique additionally listed as one of the top 50 most inspiring women in Europe for 2016. Monique has also been published in IEEE and other journals and speaks frequently at conferences; and has co-authored six books.

TOM BECKER

CEO & Founder, Talennium

Tom is the CEO and founder of Talennium whose obsession is to transform the staffing and recruiting industry to become more data driven.

With over 17 years of experience in recruiting, he has lead domestic and global teams with up to 2,200 recruiters and has successfully built a centralized recruiting function which grew to $120MM in annual revenue for COMSYS/ManpowerGroup. In past positions, he has transformed the Bank of America careers site to industry leader attracting more that 14MM monthly visitors.

He is a keynote speaker to various recruiting industry events such as ERE.net, SourceCon and the Future of Talent. Tom is a relentless networker and is a member of the “SHRM Cost of Hire Standards” board, and the CanDE candidate experience awards judging team.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Northeastern University in Boston, MA

Joe Gerstandt brings new clarity and fresh practices to diversity and inclusion work.

Joe has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, small non-profits, and everything in between. He speaks at numerous conferences and summits, and blogs at joegerstandt.com. He is a featured contributor for the Workforce Diversity Network Expert Forum and his insights have been published in Diversity Best Practices, Diversity Executive, HR Executive, The Diversity Factor, The American Diversity Report, the Corporate Recruiting Leadership Journal, Associations Now, other print and on-line journals and he co-authored the book Social Gravity: Harnessing the Natural Laws of Relationships.

Today, Joe believes that we can ill afford to continue applying a 20th century approach to an increasingly critical set of 21st century issues. A strong advocate for resetting the diversity and inclusion conversation, he sees diversity and inclusion as poorly understood and often misunderstood. His keynote messages and interactive workshops bring greater clarity, energy, and application to diversity and inclusion work.

Joe lives in Omaha, Nebraska (the middle of everywhere) with his patient, kind, patient, loving and patient wife, two daughters, a son, a dog, and a guinea pig.

Having been an HR practitioner, an HR leader, and an Executive at two HR Technology Software companies, David Bernstein brings a unique perspective to the conversation about the Future of Talent and the role of Strategic HR in driving business results. 
 
Most recently, David launched eQuest’s Big Data for HR/Predictive Analytics division, which enables organizations to make better-informed decisions about their recruiting and hiring strategy. He is responsible for developing consulting services and custom business solutions that leverage Big Data.  The focus on the service is on yielding critical insights for HR departments to drive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies. He is uniquely qualified to discuss these topics, with his long history of creating innovative HR technology strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
 
David is a renowned speaker and writer on the strategic capabilities big data brings to HR, David has been a featured speaker for SHRM, HRPS, HCI, HRO, HRIQ, IHRIM, and IQPC conferences. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
