Monique Morrow is the CTO of New Frontiers Engineering at Cisco. Focused on the intersection between economics, technology, and research, she is defining mechanisms and marketplace scenarios for cloud federation constructs to include security. She was previously Cisco’s Chief Technology Officer of Services, where she is responsible for aligning the Cisco Services Technology vision and architectures with the business strategy.
Monique was also listed as Top Ten Influential IT Women in Europe in 2014. She was one of 6 Global Achievers recognized for the ITU and UN Women GEM-TECH Award in 2014. In 2014 she was further recognized by IEEE Region 8 with the Clementina Saduwa award.
In 2015, Monique was selected to be part of the elite group of women for Connected World magazine’s 2015 Women of M2M/Internet of Things feature—or “WoM2M.” Monique additionally listed as one of the top 50 most inspiring women in Europe for 2016. Monique has also been published in IEEE and other journals and speaks frequently at conferences; and has co-authored six books.

With over 17 years of experience in recruiting, he has lead domestic and global teams with up to 2,200 recruiters and has successfully built a centralized recruiting function which grew to $120MM in annual revenue for COMSYS/ManpowerGroup. In past positions, he has transformed the Bank of America careers site to industry leader attracting more that 14MM monthly visitors.
He is a keynote speaker to various recruiting industry events such as ERE.net, SourceCon and the Future of Talent. Tom is a relentless networker and is a member of the “SHRM Cost of Hire Standards” board, and the CanDE candidate experience awards judging team.
