Inclusion remains, in 2016, poorly understood, and often misunderstood. Inside most organizations “inclusion” is a vague, abstract idea involving notions of respect and tolerance…fairly vague on their own. While a lot of organizations focus on programs and policies, their narrow and antiquated understanding of what inclusion is limits them. Clarity is our very best friend and this is a short does of it.
